Mike Kerensky’s grandfather was an immigrant from Eastern Europe who worked his entire life on the assembly line at General Motors. These roots helped form Mikes work ethic. His grandfather and father taught him, “If it is easy, it probably isn’t worth it”.
Mike knew as a young man that trial law was what he wanted to do with his life. Mike attended Florida State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science. Mike worked his way through South Texas College of Law waiting tables.
After law school, Mike became Mr. O’Quinn’s first associate at John O’Quinn and Associates. With Mr. O’Quinn as his mentor, Mike developed the trial skills necessary to handle virtually any type of civil litigation. Mike’s favorite motto is “sweat beats brains every time”. Mike has successfully taken on corporate giants such as Ford Motor Company, Showa Denka of Japan, Toyota, General Motors, Koch Oil Company, The Hearst Corporation and many others. Mike has made a career out of handling difficult cases for seriously injured clients and the families of others who have been killed or injured.
