CyndiRusnakCyndi was born in Fairfax, Virginia and grew up in West Texas. Cyndi obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas, graduating in 1993. In 1997, she received her J.D. from the South Texas College of Law. Cyndi began practice with Jimmy Williamson in 1998, but left to serve as a domestic violence prosecutor from 2002-2005.

While serving as a prosecutor, Cyndi served on the Board of the Angelina Alliance for Children Child Advocacy Center, which is a non-profit center dedicated to interviewing and serving child victims of sexual and/or physical abuse, minimizing their trauma through a team approach in a child friendly environment. In 2005, she returned to Williamson & Rusnak. In 2012 Cyndi was admitted to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and also recently admitted to the Association of National Women Trial Lawyers.

Cyndi volunteers as the Secretary for the Board of Directors of the Sean Ashley House, a volunteer organization created to help children and adults with autism spectrum disorders. Cyndi is the proud mother of 10 year-old twins, and enjoys attending their swim meets.
